The longest and highest railway bridge in Lithuania, the Lyduvėnai Railway Bridge in Dubysa Regional Park (Raseiniai district), is now open to visitors! This is a unique and long-awaited decision to view the landscape of the most distinctive valley of the Dubysa Valley in Lithuania from a height of 33 metres. Tickets for the Lyduvėnai Railway Bridge excursions can be purchased at the link

The Lyduvėnai Iron Bridge is a protected object of strategic importance, so the conditions for visiting it are also different from the usual sightseeing towers. Visitors wishing to visit the site will need to plan their visit in advance by purchasing a ticket through the PAYSERA system and agreeing to the rules of the site. Please note that tickets for tours will need to be purchased in advance, no later than 5 working days before the visit to the bridge. Tickets will not be available for purchase on site! Self-guided visits to the site are not allowed.

The duration of the tour is 1 hour and the maximum number of participants per group is 14.

All available tour times will be published on the ticketing system. Also, due to unforeseen maintenance work on the railway bridge infrastructure, an accident, adverse weather conditions (high winds, rain, snow, sleet, thunderstorms, etc.) the excursion may be cancelled. Visitors will be informed at least 1 day before the excursion by the contacts indicated in the electronic booking system. The cancelled tour will be rescheduled or the tour fee will be refunded.

Visitors are cautioned that the redesigned metal structures of the bridge on the service path are openwork, so visitors with a fear of heights are asked to consider their ability to participate in the excursion, as the excursion is organised in one direction only, from the left bank of the Dubysa River to the right bank. Afterwards, visitors will be able to continue the tour independently through the town of Lyduvėnai. Please familiarise yourself with the itinerary before arriving.

Trains on the railway bridge run on an irregular schedule, so there is no guarantee that you will be able to see a train during the excursion.

Please note that you must bring your identity document with you when you arrive for the tour!
